DIRECTIONS
For best results prep skin with your favorite Vapour Primer. Warm Illusionist Concealer in a circular motion against the back of the hand. Apply directly to trouble spots. Tap to blend with ring finger or brush. Can be used under or over foundation, based on desired effect.
