Drunk Elephant Deodorant

A cream deodorant that soothes underarm skin, keeps odor at bay, and is free of baking soda, essential oils, and aluminum-derived ingredients.  It’s also one of our most popular cruelty free deodorants.

Highlighted Ingredients:

• Mandelic Acid: Derived from almonds, mandelic acid is an AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) that is both water and lipid soluble, which is a quality that allows it to penetrate and work within the hair follicle. Mandelic acid is also an excellent killer of odor-causing bacteria while being milder to skin than glycolic acid (due to its larger molecule size)
• Arrowroot Powder: A super-absorbent powder derived from the roots of the arrowroot plant
• Shea Butter: A concentrated butter derived from the shea fruit.

What people like: Only needs application once per day!  No aluminum ingredients, baking soda or essential oils that might irritate the delicate underarm area.

A little goes a long way, applies more like a cream or moisturizer that a traditional deodorant stick and stands up well to the hot California heat. Subtle almond scent.
